khinkali Georgia’s Iconic Dumplings of Joy
Khinkali, Georgia’s beloved dumplings, are crafted with care and tradition. A soft dough is rolled into circles and filled with a savory mixture of spiced meat, typically beef, pork, or lamb, along with onions, garlic, and herbs.
Eating Khinkali is an experience in itself. Hold the dumpling by its top, take a small bite to release the warm, savory broth, sip the juice, and then enjoy the rest. The top, or "kuchi," is usually left on the plate
Qvevri Wines: History in a Glass
Qvevri wine is the soul of Georgian winemaking, a tradition that dates back over 8,000 years. Made in ancient clay vessels called qvevri, buried underground, this method preserves the natural essence of the grapes. The wine ferments and matures in these vessels, creating a unique, unfiltered taste that reflects Georgia’s rich history.

Sooooo delicious. We ordered Adjaruli Khachapuri, Khinkali, and Kharcho soup -- all of it was amazing! I'm no expert on what's authentic, but I can confirm it was delicious. I'll definitely be back!
This is Khinkali from Pirosmani. Just add a little bit of ground black pepper on top and voila!
Besides this, they have a number of varieties of Khachapuri and other delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine.
